Your backup data remains encrypted at all times and is never stored or transmitted in unencrypted form. Central Databank or it’s agents do not have the capability to decrypt your backup data under any circumstances.

Central Databank does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.

Central Databank may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with laws, to enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Central Databank, our customers and clients, our end-users, or others.
